The Oxygen Seminar is designed to help couples strengthen their relationship and work on tough issues in a way that is fun and non- threatening. Couples learn how to improve their communication, better understand each other’s needs, resolve conflict, rekindle romance, and find renewed hope.

Our seminars are fun, interactive, and practical – you will walk away with skills that you can use right away. Our commitment is to drive oxygen into your relationships through 3 key principles and provide the tools, steps, and resources to reach these goals:

  • Create and implement an ACTION PLAN for your relationships.
  • Design a SUPPORT SYSTEM to build on your successes and get you through the tough times.
  • Learn how to PAY FORWARD what you have learned to help others.

Here’s a Small Sample of What You’ll Learn:

Session 1: “WHEN OUR DIFFERENCES COLLIDE”

The first session explores the differences between men and women and what attracts us to each other. This hard wiring of men and women is different and therefore can result in emotional needs not being met in a relationship due to a lack of understanding. Couples learn how to identify their own emotional needs and how to meet their partners emotional needs in this powerful session.

Session 2: “REVIEWING YOUR ASSESSMENT”

Before couples attend the seminar they will have already taken one of the two assessments we provide. Either the Flag Page by Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage or Couple Checkup from Life Innovations. The Oxygen Seminar you attend will use one or both of these assessments to help you better understand you and your spouse.

This is all done by focusing on positive motivation and discovering what makes their spouse truly happy.

Session 3: “HOW TO ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER”

In this session, couples learn the power of communication. Couples learn about the Coupleogue and how to utilize it to help their relationship. This tool helps them understand each other and the hidden issues in their relationship.
